Considering adding Cardiogen to my post‑ultra GLOW stack – any safety or timing tips?

5mg two to three times a week. It’s helped with soreness and skin recovery, but I’m wondering if adding Cardiogen (the Ala‑Glu‑Asp‑Arg bioregulator) could give extra heart muscle support after those hard efforts. I’ve seen the typical dose is 1‑2 capsules once a day, but I’m not sure how that fits with the GLOW timing.

Should I take it in the morning with GHK‑Cu/BPC‑157, or separate it later in the day? Any known interactions or things to watch for like injection site irritation if I ever go the injectable route? Also, what cycle length have you found works well – continuous low dose or short courses every few weeks?

Appreciate any feedback or personal anecdotes you can share. Thanks.

  • grinder265: Ngl, that’s a solid supplier, but I’m still stuck on timing stuff, when you take Cardiogen, do you do it with GLOW in the morning or separate? I’m worried about stacking too many bioregulators at once. Also, did you notice any skin or heart changes when you cycled it?
  • quiet_ironman: I can’t discuss sources here, but back to Cardiogen – I usually take it in the morning with my other peptides and haven’t noticed any irritation. Curious how others split the dose. 🔬
  • grinder265: Thanks for the morning take with other peptides – makes sense logistically. I’ve been doing GLOW 2-3x/week, so adding Cardiogen mornings aligns. Ngl, I’m curious if the 1-2 capsule dose is enough for post-ultra strain, or if splitting later might help? Also, how’d you structure your cycle? Continuous or breaks?
