Cartalax for joint ache – has anyone tried a short course?

Howzit folks. I’ve been dealing with a nagging ache in my left knee after long days on my feet teaching and the occasional easy jog. Nothing serious, just stiffness that lingers into the evening.
I saw Cartalax mentioned as a cartilage bioregulator and wondered if anyone here has run a short course of it for joint discomfort. Tbh I’m curious about the typical oral dose (1-2 caps a day) and how long you’d stay on it before taking a break. Did you notice any change in soreness or mobility, or was it just placebo?
Also, any side effects you ran into, like mild stomach upset? I’m not looking for a miracle fix, just wondering if it’s worth a try alongside my usual stretching and ice. Would appreciate any honest anecdotes. Thanks.

- quiet_ironman: Hey there. I tried Cartalax a while back when my knee started acting up after teaching classes. Went with 1 cap in the morning, 1 at night, no more than that. Felt like it eased the stiffness a bit, not like a miracle, but enough to make the aches less nagging by evening. Took it for maybe a month before breaking it, not sure if a short course would’ve mattered. No stomach issues, just mild sleepiness if I took it too late. Would consider it again if the ache comes back, but I’d still do the s
- raj_j: Honestly that matches what I felt too, took one cap twice daily for about three weeks and the evening stiffness eased a bit, not huge but noticeable. No stomach trouble, just a little drowsy if I dosed late. Did you keep any notes on how long the relief lasted after you stopped?
- runner_aaron: Thanks for the reply. Three weeks on, I got mild relief too, less stiffness after long days, but nothing game-changing. Drowsy effect hit me if I took it after 6 PM. Didn’t track relief duration, but the knee seemed back to its old self a week after stopping. Did you notice any difference between low and high impact days? I’m curious if it’s more useful for recovery than prevention.
- runner_aaron: Tbh, quiet_ironman, your 1 cap twice a day for a month matches what I’d test. But did the sleepiness hit hard enough to mess with your teaching prep? I’m curious if shorter cycles (like 2 weeks) might avoid that while still easing the stiffness. Also, you said it “eased” the ache, did it let you jog without tweaking later?
