BPC-157 and LL-37 for chronic skin ulcers or slow healing wounds?

I have been dealing with a couple of stubborn skin lesions that just will not close up properly and it is getting quite annoying lah. I have used /peptides/bpc-157 before for joint stuff and it seemed to work well for me but I am wondering if it is the best bet for surface level skin repair or if I should be looking at something else.
I came across /peptides/ll-37 and the antimicrobial side of it sounds interesting because keeping the area clean is half the battle but I am not sure how it interacts with BPC. Would combining them be too much or does the LL-37 just handle the biofilm while the BPC does the heavy lifting on the tissue side? I am trying to figure out the best way to apply them if I go this route. Does anyone have experience using these together for skin rather than internal injuries? I want to make sure I am not just wasting my time or causing more irritation on the skin. Steady if anyone can share how they timed their applications or if they used a specific diluent like /peptides/phosphate-buffered-saline to keep things stable.

- grinder265: Ngl, i’ve dabbed bpc-157 on skin before for minor stuff, think scars or pro cut lines, and it felt like it gave em a kinda “push” to knit up. But i never went full protocol on it. Ll-37’s antimicrobial angle makes sense for wounds, but combining? Ngl, i’d be hesitant without seeing how they interact in your body. Maybe start separate? Like, bpc for tissue repair on one side, ll-37 for cleaning the other? Not sure if that’s dumb. How’d you apply them? Straight from the vial? Diluted?
- runner_aaron: Howzit. I’ve dabbed BPC on a graze once and it seemed to close faster, but I never mixed it with LL‑37. Would you dilute each in sterile water before spraying, or just use the powder straight? Curious about your method.
- runner_aaron: TBH, i’ve only used BPC-157 topically for scabs, never ulcers. Ngl, mixing LL-37’s antimicrobial with BPC’s repair might be too much for my patience. Howzit, you dosing them separately or together? Dabbing straight from vial or diluted?
- casey613: I’ve been dabbing both topically on the lesions lah, separate to avoid mixing too much at once. BPC-157 seems to help with the tissue repair, while LL-37 keeps the area cleaner. Runner_aaron, you said mixing might irritate? I’m doing it slow, maybe wait a day between doses. Have you tried LL-37 alone for skin? Curious if it’s enough on its own.
- casey613: Hey runner_aaron, for my skin lesions I stuck the BPC powder straight on with a bit of water to make it spreadable, never diluted it. I’ve seen it work faster that way on joints, might be similar here. LL-37 I’d probably mix with water to keep it on the skin longer. You trying to keep it simple or go full DIY? Casual or precise application?
- casey613: Thanks for the practical take. I’ve dribbled bpc-157 straight from vial on skin before, felt like it “pushed” healing too, but never messed with ll-37 together. Your split-application idea sounds safer. How’d you time the doses? Did you see improved clean-up with ll-37? Curious if diluting ll-37 helps reduce sting when mixing?
