Asking for feedback on KLOW stack + lactoferrin timing and dosing for recovery and gut support

5mg) with BPC‑157 and KPV daily and TB‑500/GHK‑Cu 2‑3 times a week, and I’ve noticed solid improvements in joint soreness and skin recovery after my usual circuit training. Lately I’ve been adding lactoferrin 400mg split twice a day to try to keep my gut immune system steady while I’m pushing harder, but I’m not sure if the timing matters, should I take lactoferrin on an empty stomach in the morning and evening, or does it interfere with the peptide absorption if I take it close to my injections? Also, anyone tried tweaking the TB‑500 frequency to once a week while keeping the others daily to see if it reduces the occasional mild lethargy I get?
Would love to hear your experiences, any dosing math you’ve worked out for reconstituting the lyophilized peptides with bacteriostatic water, and whether you’ve noticed any changes in recovery speed or sleep quality when you stack lactoferrin in. Thanks for the input.

- quiet_ironman: For me I’ve been taking lactoferrin 200mg with breakfast and another 200mg right before dinner, just with a small snack, and it hasn’t seemed to mess with my peptide shots. I noticed less bloating when I keep it away from a heavy meal but still with something in my stomach. When I cut TB‑500 down to once a week while keeping BPC‑157 and KPV daily the mild lethargy I used to get in the afternoon faded a bit, and my joints still felt steady after my WODs. 1ml gives me about 500mcg, then I just ad
- sleep_coastal: Anecdotally, spacing lactoferrin away from meals helped my gut without messing with peptides. Tb-500 weekly felt fine, joints stayed solid, no sluggishness i noticed. Did you adjust the dose when cutting tb-500 frequency?
- casey613: For me, spacing lactoferrin from meals did calm my gut without tampering with peptides, tried it for a week, slept better. TB-500 weekly feels fine so far, no lag, but I’m curious if others adjust doses when cutting it. Did you tweak your TB-500 amount when switching to once a week, or kept it the same? That’d help me decide if I should dial mine down further.
- casey613: You mentioned deeper sleep; I’ve noticed that too with lactoferrin, but only when paired with consistent sleep hygiene. Curious, did the TB-500 once-weekly schedule affect your recovery speed on harder training days?
