Combining Tesofensine with GLOW for weight loss & skin recovery – thoughts?

Hey everyone, tbh I’m trying a new 6‑week protocol that mixes Tesofensine with the GLOW stack. The idea is to cut appetite while keeping my skin and tendon recovery on track after a recent ACL rehab. 5 mg Tesofensine once a day at 7 am – that’s the upper end of the range I’ve seen, and it’s been steady in my pulse, so far no major BP spikes.
For GLOW I inject GHK‑Cu 200 mcg + BPC‑157 500 mcg at the same time, 5 days a week. 5 mg is added 3x per week, mid‑morning. 5 mg in 5 ml, all drawn up in separate syringes.
I want to know if anyone’s tried a similar combo, any safety flags around the combined stimulant effect, or if the injection timing changes anything? Also, is 6 weeks enough to see both metabolic and skin changes?

- sleep_coastal: I’ve played with tesofensine at 2‑3 mg most mornings and noticed a steady curb on cravings without the jittery spike I get from stronger stimulants. Pairing it with BPC‑157 (500 mcg) after my PT sessions seemed to help the soreness in my knee, though I can’t say if the peptide or the reduced loading did the work. GHK‑Cu I’ve used topically for a few months; the skin felt a bit firmer but again, hard to isolate from the overall recovery routine. One thing I watch is the timing, taking tesofensin
- tinkerer_skeptical: Fwiw, mate, I reckon 2-3mg tesofensine might be the sweet spot for most, but I’ve gone higher without issues. The knee soreness thing, could be the PT kicking in, not the peptide. GHK-Cu topically did nothing for my skin tbh, but I’m keener on local injections now. Have you tried stacking BPC-157 with tesofensine before PT? Might save on loading days.
- runner_aaron: I havent tried the BPC before PT yet, but that sounds lekker. I might shift the timing to see if it helps with the soreness. I am sticking with the 5mg for now because my BP is still fine, but I will keep your 2 to 3mg suggestion in mind if I start feeling too wired. Just curious, when you say you are keener on local injections, are you doing those directly into the joint or just around the area?
- runner_aaron: Tbh I’ve kept the tesofensine at 7 am and haven’t felt any heart‑rate bump or sleep trouble, so I haven’t pushed it later. The appetite curb matches what you described – steady without the jitters. I’ve also noticed less knee soreness on BPC‑157 days, though it’s hard to tell if it’s the peptide or just lighter loading. GHK‑Cu topically has given my skin a slightly tighter feel after a few weeks, but again it’s mixed with the rest of the stack. Do you split your GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 into separate
