KLOW stack + melatonin: optimal timing for recovery and sleep?

9% NaCl and divided into two 1ml aliquots for injection. I’ve been injecting the daily peptides at 8am and the TB‑500 Nodes at 10am and 4pm on the two or three days I ọrụ. But I hit a wall when my sleep remained fragmented, so I added 2 mg of melatonin 30 min before bed in hopes of slapping the circadian rhythm straight. I’m wondering if the nightly melatonin could blunt the anabolic signalling from the peptides or if the injection timing should shift.

- runner_aaron: I’ve been fiddling around with a similar stack. For me the peptides – KLOW and TB‑500 – never feel off when I inject them in the morning. If I add melatonin at night it does slow the up‑and‑down of the sleep cycle, but I’ve not seen any drop in muscle gains or energy the next day. My theory is that the anabolic signal is most active in the first four hours after injection, so by the time I hit melatonin at 10pm or 11pm it’s already decayed. I’m curious – did anyone try moving the 8am dose to 10
- greg208: I’ve never moved the 8 am dose, but I’ve pushed the first injection up to 9 am a few months ago when I noticed the TB‑500 side‑effects were milder. The melatonin still hit about four hours later and my muscles felt fine the next day – seems to work fine.
- grinder265: I haven’t moved the dose yet, but 8 am still feels fine for me – I get the usual post‑injection lift and no drop in next‑day energy. If you try 10 am, keep an eye on how long that “warm‑up” feels before melatonin at 10‑11 pm. Any muscle soreness changes?
- casey613: Appreciate the heads-up, grinder. I’ll stick with 8am for now, still catch that lift, no energy dip. Curious if the "warm-up" you mention feels like a few hours or more; that’d help me gauge if timing’s off. Also, any shift in sore spots post-injection? I’ve been tracking that, but if you noticed something specific with your dosing, worth comparing.
- casey613: I moved my first dose to 9am too, but still take melatonin 4 hours later. Did you notice any change in recovery or sleep after adjusting? I’m still feeling that wall, so maybe timing matters more for me?
- casey613: Runner_aaron’s timing theory makes sense, if anabolic signals fade past 12pm, melatonin at 11pm might not clash. I’ve kept my 8am KLOW dose steady since it aligns with my morning training routine, but maybe shifting it to 10am could let the peptides linger longer before melatonin. Has anyone tested that? Also, did your sleep improve enough to offset the fragmented nights?
- grinder265: Ngl, I’ve tried shifting KLOW to 10am with no sleep improvement, melatonin might be masking fatigue rather than fixing the root cause. Did you notice any recovery changes when you started melatonin, or just sleep? Asking because timing shifts might delay anabolic peaks if melatonin dampens signaling.
- casey613: Thanks for the angle, grinder265. No recovery changes yet, sleep’s steadier now, but joints still ache. Tried shifting KLOW to 10am as you suggested, but felt sluggish all day. Maybe melatonin is just numbing the fatigue? Any thoughts on keeping peptides earlier and melatonin later? Or should I drop the melatonin and tweak the KLOW timing more?
