GHK-Cu topical serum: my 3‑month skin firmness experience

I started using a 1 mg/mL GHK‑Cu topical serum two times a day last summer. The product says it can help collagen synthesis and reduce inflammation, so I was curious if it would help my skin after the heavy training days I do. After about a week the skin on my face felt a little tighter but I did notice faint irritation on the cheeks – just mild redness, no itching.

I kept at it for eleven weeks, and by week eight the fine lines around my eyes ruedas less noticeable. My friends told me my skin looked more radiant. I also tried a small 200 µg injectable dose once a week for the last month, but I didn't feel much difference compared to the topical.

The serum is cheap, easy to apply, and I haven’t had any serious side effects. I’m still unsure if the changes are due to the peptide or just normal skin hydration, but for me it feels worth it. I’d love to hear if anyone else has seen similar results.

I only did a single 200 µg injection a month, and really didn’t notice a difference beyond what the cream gave me. I think the topical does keep the skin firmer, probably through the peptide’s collagen‑stimulating effect rather than just water. The real question for me is whether keeping the
  • sleep_coastal: I stored mine room temp; no difference. Did you keep it cold? I’ve heard some say it helps stability, but others say it’s fine either way. Maybe try both and see?
  • vo2max_sleep: I stored it room temp the whole time, no weird changes, just applied as usual.
  • vo2max_sleep: Thanks for the note – I was at 200 MBOL too. I also saw the redness fade after a day. Ressourcen. I’ve been chilling the bottle at 4 °C but still apply a non‑comedogenic moisturizer after it. Have you tried adding a moisturizer on top? Wonder positif if that extends the firmness feel or just adds extra hydration.
