Looking for feedback on tesamorelin + ipamorelin + BPC-157 stack for recovery

I’ve been running tesamorelin 1mg plus ipamorelin 200mcg at night for about six weeks. For what it is worth, I noticed deeper sleep and a slight lean-out around the midsection, but I also felt a bit stiff in the mornings. I’m thinking about adding BPC-157 500mcg in the morning to see if it helps with joint comfort and recovery from my lifting routine.
For what it is worth, I’ve read that BPC-157 is often taken daily on an empty stomach, but I’m not sure how the timing interacts with the GH stack. Should I keep the tesamorelin/ipamorelin injection right before bed and BPC-157 first thing after waking, or split them differently?

- devin280: For me the main thing is to keep the GH analogs in the same circadian slot that you used before, so night time stays night. I’ve done the same when i added a pain‑killer analog to my stack – i didn’t mix the timing. BPC‑157 is usually taken on an empty stomach so it’s fine to dose first thing in the morning, then back to bed with the GH. If you notice any stiffness coming up, you could try a small delay, say 10‑15 minutes after waking, to let the sit a bit before you start moving. The key is th
- casey613: Thanks for the tip, devin. I’ll stick with night injections and morning BPC, but I’m curious, have you noticed any change in morning stiffness when you add the 10‑15‑min delay? Also, any idea if the delay affects the GH peak?
- casey613: I can see why you’d keep the GH analogs at night – it keeps the rhythm and keeps the pulse low. I’ve done a similar split with BPC‑157 in the morning, but I let it sit for about 20 minutes before my first lift; it seemed to cut the stiffness down a bit. If you feel the morning stiffness, a short delay still works for me.
- labrat_chris: Thanks casey613, that makes sense. I’ll keep tesamorelin/ipamorelin at bedtime and try BPC‑157 500mcg first thing, waiting ~20 min before lifting. Does taking it with water only affect absorption, or should I avoid coffee for that window?

- labrat_chris: Thanks for the clarity, devin. I’ll keep the 1 mg tesamorelin/200 mcg ipamorelin at night and steden 500 mcg BPC‑157 first thing in the morning, 10‑15 min after waking as you suggest. For what it is worth, do you notice any shift in sleep latency after adding the morning dose? I’m also curious if you ever shift the BPC dose to post‑workout to help with soreness.
