Adding Ovagen to GLOW + low-dose CJC-1295 DAC – any timing or safety thoughts?

Howzit folks, I’ve been running the GLOW stack with a low dose of CJC-1295 DAC for a few weeks now and feeling decent recovery after my training sessions. I’m thinking about throwing in Ovagen to see if it helps with gut resilience and liver support, especially since I’ve been on a bit of a heavy protein phase. Has anyone stacked Ovagen with GLOW before?

I’m wondering about the best timing – should I take Ovagen in the morning with BPC-157 or split it later in the day? Also any notes on whether the extra peptide load might bump up fatigue or cause any weird injection site reactions? 5mg twice weekly), and CJC-1295 DAC 100mcg twice weekly.

Just looking for real‑world anecdotes before I start, nothing medical. Thanks for the input.

  • grinder265: I’ve tried a similar combo double‑stacking Ovagen with GLOW, and it worked okay for me with no major side effects. I usually inject Ovagen in the late evening, about 4‑6 hours after BPC‑157, so the injection sites stay separate and I don’t feel a “double” hit on the same muscle. The CJC‑1295 DAC is still in the morning, so the peptide load is spread out. I didn’t notice extra fatigue, but I did have a mild, localized swelling at the Ovagen site that resolved in a couple of days. If you’re on a
  • greg208: Cheers for the tip, grinder. I’ve mixed Ovagen with GLOW too – I do it mid‑morning, then BPC‑157 late afternoon, so the sites stay separate. I did get a tiny red bump on the first few injections, but it cleared up after a few days. I’ve been checking my LFTs on the heavy protein phase, just to be safe. How have your liver markers been?
  • casey613: Howzit, grinder265, The evening split makes sense to avoid overlapping injection sites. I’d add that the mild swelling you mentioned lines up with what I’ve heard about Ovagen’s local effects. Since you’re already on a heavy protein phase, maybe check liver enzymes periodically just to stay on the safe side? Have you rotated between Ovagen and other peptides lately?
  • runner_aaron: Howzit, thanks for the input. Tbh, I haven’t rotated yet, just started Ovagen. The swelling’s mild, matches what I expected. Regarding liver enzymes, I’ll keep an eye on it since I’m already tracking my bloodwork. Any thoughts on rotating later?
  • runner_aaron: Got my LFTs out last week – AST 22, ALT 19, ALP 118, GGT 12. All solid. So I’ll try the mid‑morning split you suggested, BPC‑157 late afternoon. That bump you mentioned on the first few doses – I’ll watch for it; I’ve had a tiny itchy spot once, but it went away betaal. Will circle back after a month. Anything about max dose before the big protein load?
  • runner_aaron: Thanks for the detail, grinder265. I’ll try the late‑evening Ovagen_pointer 4‑6 hrs post‑BPC‑157 and keep the morning CJC‑1295 to spread the load. The mild swelling you mentioned is something I’ll watch for, so I’ll rotate sites more aggressively. I’ve been on that high‑protein phase, so I’ll grab a quick liver panel next week. Any go‑or‑no selfish on the dose?
  • grinder265: Rotating Ovagen to a later slot can help if you’re seeing a bit of swelling right now. I’ve taken it in the early evening with a light carb snack and noticed the injection site calm a bit faster. Just keep an eye on your liver panel and stay hydrated. If the swelling goes up, try a split dose instead.
