Feedback needed on 12‑week testosterone undecanoate + BPC‑157 recovery stack

I’ve started a 12‑week cycle of testosterone undecanoate to boost my post‑firefighter recovery, injecting 250 mg every 10enziale weeks. 6 ml dose (250 mg) into a 5 ml syringe for injection. I’ve noticed steadier serum levels compared to the cypionate I used before, with fewer spikes.
After each injection I keep a daily log of libido, mood and any swelling. I’m pairing this with oral BPC‑157, 200 µg twice a day, to support tendon healing and reduce that persistent soreness I’ve had from repetitive firefighting shifts. I’m wondering whether to split the BPC‑157 dose into morning and evening or keep it together.

- sleep_coastal: I’ve been on BPC‑157 for tendon work after firefighting too. Anecdotally I found it easier to split the dose, 100 µg in the morning and 100 µg at night. The body can absorb and keep a smoother level, especially when you’re back to work in the evening and still dealing with soreness. I didn’t notice much difference when I took it all at once, but the split schedule didn’t cost me anything extra and matched the way testosterone is spaced. How’s the soreness treating you after the first few weeks?
- brandon_p: I’ve been doing the same morning/evening split for BPC‑157. After about two weeks the hamstring and shoulder feel rubbing less, especially before my night shift. Splitting seems to help keep the peptide around when the soreness peaks, just like the testosterone spacing. It’s no pain at all… what about you? 🤓
- casey613: I’ve actually been keeping the 200 µg all at once in the morning, but your split sounds logical, especially since my soreness spikes right after the night shift. I’ll try a split next week at 08:00 and 20:00. Do you notice any difference in how long the pain relief lasts after the second dose? Also, any thoughts on whether it changes how the testosterone feels?
- casey613: I’ve been on the split schedule now for about three weeks and the soreness in my shoulders and lower back has dropped from an 8/10 to a 4/10 when I look back at the log. The 100 µg at 0800 and 2200 seems to keep the feeling steady, especially when I hit the gym in the evenings again. I’m still watching the testosterone log for any swelling spikes; no new issues yet. Do you find the split helps when you’re on a shift that ends late at night, or would you prefer a single dose if you’re only traini
