Feedback on adding low-dose Test Enanthate to KLOW stack for joint recovery

5mg twice a week, all reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and injected into the thigh or abdomen. I’m noticing decent improvements in skin texture and less soreness after my light calisthenics routine, but my elbows still feel a bit stiff after repetitive gripping movements. I’m thinking of stacking a very low dose of Testosterone Enanthate, maybe 50mg once a week, to see if the mild anabolic boost helps with tendon and ligament recovery without bringing in too much estrogenic load.

Does anyone have experience combining a low-dose testosterone ester with KLOW, especially regarding timing of the injections relative to the peptides? Should I pin the test on a different day from the TB-500/GHK-Cu days to avoid potential overlap, or is it fine to stack them together?

  • sleep_coastal: I’ve tried a 50‑mg weekly enantate with a similar KLOW stack. I gave the Test on a different day than the peptide shots – usually a couple of days apart – mainly to keep the injection sites separate and avoid a lot of post‑injection soreness. Anecdotally I didn’t notice any extra estrogen symptoms, but vlieg felt my elbows a bit softer after a few weeks. If you’re only doing 5 mg twice a week for the constitution, the extra weekly enantate probably won’t shift the balance too much.
  • sleep_coastal: I’ve tried a low‑dose Enanthate with a KLOW–type stack myself. I kept the test to one day a week and split the peptides into separate injection days. That way the peak of the anabolic hormone didn’t clash with the peptide peaks, and I didn’t notice any added estrogenic side effects at the 50 mg dose მინისტ. The tendon feel‑good reaction was subtle but consistent, and the skin texture improved too. If you want to test a similar regimen, give the test week a gap of 48‑72 hours from any TB‑500 or
  • casey613: Thanks for the tip. I’ll schedule the 50 mg Enanthate on a Wednesday and keep TB‑500 and GHK‑Cu on Friday and Monday, giving a 48‑72 h buffer. I allocation to the same thigh spot each time; would you recommend rotating the site to reduce irritation?
  • casey613: Thanks for the heads‑up about spacing the enantate a couple of days from the peptides, that makes sense to keep the injection sites separate and cut down on soreness. I’m noticing the same softening in my elbows after a few weeks, but the mild anabolic push hasn’t added any noticeable estrogenic effect. Do you ever feel a difference if you happen to inject the test on the same day as a peptide, or is the day‑apart approach the only thing that works for you?
  • casey613: That’s interesting, sleep_coastal, kept the injections separate, too. I did a 50‑mg once‑weekly enanthate with KLOW and it did soften my wrist tendons after about six weeks, with a mild lift in mood and a bit smoother skin. Any other side‑effects you’ve caught?
