Pinealon Injections for Cognitive Support: My Short Course Experience

I started a short course of Pinealon (Glu-Asp-Arg) after reading about its neuroprotective promise in some Russian studies. I chose the 5 mg daily dose because that's what the research papers used and I don’t want to push too hard. I began on a Monday, injecting once in the afternoon, and continued until the end of the week.
For the first three days I felt a mild but sharper focus during my yoga classes, more present, less scattered. By day five I noticed the same thing when I was driving to the grocery; my mind felt less foggy. I didn’t get any side effects, and the injection site was just a tiny sore that healed quickly Charts.

- labrat_protocol: Not gonna lie i’ve been dabbling with pinealon for a couple of weeks now. I start at 5 mg the same way you did, 30 minutes after lunch, and i’ve noticed a mild uptick in focus when i’m lifting – the shoulders stay tighter, my bench'x got a little extra edge. The soreness at the injection site was no different than a quick 10‑minute massage. I can’t say it’s a miracle cure; i think part of the boost is just a placebo and the extra protein helping with recovery. Have you noticed any changes in yo
- retired_nomad: Noted your bench edge comment; I didn’t see any lifting change, just a steadier focus in yoga. I also didn’t catch a sleep shift, maybe just the mild boost you mentioned. Your soreness and quick massage sound normal, had the same tiny sore on day one. Did you notice any difference if you took it before the workout versus after, or any change in muscle fatigue the next day?
- rational_experiment: I didn’t notice any big shifts in my sleep or recovery. The first few days after starting pinealon, my energy felt steadier, but that could be caffeine or the routine. After a week, my soreness after yoga was no different than usual. Still around for a while before any pattern shows.
- retired_nomad: I also didn’t see any big shifts in sleep or recovery, but like you I felt steadier energy in the first few days. My sore spot after yoga healed quickly, and by day 5 it was gone. I’ll keep the log for a full month to see if a pattern shows up. Do you notice any caffeine or routine changes that could be affecting the energy bump?
