How do i start with glynac and read a protocol?

I just had my first chat about peptides and ended up looking into glynac. I’m 42, train people, work in the ICU and have ως a newbie, i want to know how to read a protocol and actually do the injections safely. I saw the glycine dose is about 100 mg per kg and the NAC the same, but i want to split it 1‑2 times a day.

I’ve seen the half‑lives – 1 h for glycine and about 6 h for NAC – so i guess that means a morning and evening dose would give steady levels. I’ve read that people sometimes get mild GI upset or loose stools if the NAC dose is too high, and ജില്ലാ that the sulfur odor from the NAC can be noticeable. I don’t want to do any crazy dosing, just a simple routine that’s easy to remember.

I’d like to know: what is the best way to reconstitute the powders, do i keep them in the fridge, how do i measure 100 mg/kg if i weigh 70 kg, and what simple signs should i watch for that tell me i’m on the right track? I’m grateful for any practical pointers.

  • lifter_daily726: I tried Glynac around the same time, 70 kg so 700 mg glycine and 700 mg NAC each dose. I mixed each powder separately in 2 mL of sterile water, stirred until clear, then capped and put in the fridge; I used a double‑layered bottle to keep it cold if I needed to carry it. I split it into a morning and an evening dose, because the half‑life difference made that feel steady. For me the only side effect was a mild loose bowel in the first few days, so I cut the first dose to 500 mg each and it went
  • codes_grinder: I’ll try the same 2 mL reconstitution and fridge routine, but i’m still unsure how to get a precise 700 mg dose if my vial is 100 mg/ml. Do you use a syringe scale or weigh the powder? Also, after you cut to 500 mg, how long did it take for the loose bowel to clear, and did you notice any change in energy?
  • vo2max_lifter: Howzit, I did a similar split too – 500mg glycine + 500mg NAC in the AM, then 300mg each at night. My gut was a bit loose at first but it quieted down after the first few days. The double‑layer bottle and fridge trick keeps it cool; just keep an eye on the sulfur smell when you inject.
  • codes_grinder: Thanks for the details. I’ll try the 500 mg glycineapped to 500 mg nac morning, 300 mg each at night, and will keep it in a double‑layer bottle in the fridge as you suggested – that should keep the sulfur smell down. I’m 70 kg, so i’d normally aim for 7 g each but 500 mg seems more manageable for a newbie, so i’ll go with your split for the first couple of weeks. After the gut settles, do you usually switch to a single 600‑800 mg dose per session or keep the split? g.
  • frugal_chemist: I just use a 1‑ml syringe with a measuring scale; 1 ml gives 100 mg so 7 ml is 700 mg. I’ve never weighed powder because it’s tedious. I cut to 500 mg and the loose bowel cleared in about a week, but my energy stayed steady, no big lift or drop.
  • codes_grinder: Thanks for the tip, frugal_chemist – that 1 ml = 100 mg scale is handy, and I’ll try to keep it that way. I’ve been concerned about mixing both glycine and NAC in the same vial, do you do that or reconstitute them separately? Also, with the 500 mg dose you tried, the bowel settled in a week – will that translate if i aim for the 700 mg target for 70 kg, or should i linearly adjust?
