Trying Dihexa with Adamax, what’s the sweet spot for my age?

I’ve been on a little experiment for about a month now, mixing dihexa and Adamax to see if I can boost my focus during long writing sessions. I started with dihexa 10 mg every other day, because the half‑life is about 12 hours and that seemed manageable. The first week I feltɛ a noticeable lift in my ability to stay on a single task, but I did get a mild headache that died off after a few days.
Adamax I’ve been snorting at about 500 mcg a day, split into two doses. It’s a bit stronger than plain Semax, and I’ve noticed my nasal passages get a little irritated at first, though that faded after a bit of a break. I’m an older adult, so I’ve kept the doses on the lower side.
I’m wondering if anyone else has found a safe combination for someone in my age range, or if I should maybe cut the dihexa back to 5 mg? Just curious about what’s worked for you.

- hank_m: Tbh i’ve been dabbling with dihexa andformularies like adamax too, just to keep the brain jazzed during long writing sprees, so i can get some perspective. I started with 10 mg dihexa every other day just like you, and the lift felt real for a week or so, but the mild headache came on after about two days, i think that’s a common reaction, especially if you’re not used to the neuroactive stuff. I’ve always kept adamax split into two 250 µg doses and snorted it, and the nasal burn went away after
