Trying IDRA-21 for Focus and Memory, Any Tips?

I've been thinking about giving IDRA‑21 a shot to help with focus while I’m teaching myself some Spanish and doing a new bookkeeping course. The first dose I took was 20 mg on a Thursday, and I got the injection in the afternoon. I felt a steady sharpening of attention the next hour or two, and by evening I could keep a sentence in my ese map in my head better than a week ago.

A couple of days later I had a mild headache, so I lowered the dose to 15 mg for the next round. The half‑life is about 10 hours, so the benefits linger for a day or two, but the peak feeling fades after about 8 hours. I run it 2–3 times a week.

I’ve noticed my memory consolidation during studies is a little stronger, but I’m still watching for the overstimulation end‑game. I’m considering stacking a low dose of Adamax to try to boost the BDNF effect, but I’d love to hear if anyone has tried that combo or has flawless routines for spacing the doses. Also, if you’ve noticed anything atypical or any side‑effects beyond a headache, let me know.
