Sermorelin Showing Better Sleep? My First 4‑Week Trial

Posted by grace_sleepnerd in Research & News - 1 points, 0 comments.

I just finished a 4‑week run‑in with Sermorelin 200 mcg at 10 pm. The study I read in the Journal of Aging Research (March 2024) claimed a 30‑minute increase in REM time in men over 50. For me, the biggest change was falling asleep about 15 minutes Adopted from the research protocol, I injected it daily before bed and kept a sleep log.

I didn’t see a huge jump toeliminate, but I did notice fewer nighttime awakenings and a sense that the early‑morning grogginess was milder. The article also mentions improved skin elasticity; I haven’t noticed that yet but maybe it’s later. I’m a little skeptical about the REM claim, body composition changes are expected, but REM changes might be over‑hyped.

Anyone else trying Sermorelin? How did it affect your sleep architecture, or did you only feel a subtle shift?
