Oxandrolone low dose gave me surprising lipid shift – what to watch out for

5 mg twice, after a month of building muscle and cutting. Before I began, my LDL was 120 mg/dL, HDL 55, triglycerides 95. Two weeks in, my routine bloodwork at the clinic showed LDL up to 135, HDL down to 48, and a small rise in triglycerides to 110.
I didn’t feel any symptoms কাম, but my HRV was slightly lower and I sensed a mild energy dip after workouts. I switched to a lower dose of 10 mg daily and added omega‑3. After six more weeks my LDL slipped back to 125, HDL rose to 52, and triglycerides dropped to 100.
It’s a(pin) subtle change, but I wonder if others on oxandrolone or similar mild anabolic steroids see these lipid shifts. Does anyone else track liver function or do you combine anything to offset the HDL drop? I’d love to hear your data and thoughts.
