Tbh my first week on weekly rapamycin: skin glow, sleep jitter and mild mouth sores

I started a pulse of rapamycin last Thursday at 4 mg once a week, thinking it might lift the immune and skin tone a notch, so i logged my day-to-day. The first night i felt a buzz of tiredness that lasted till dawn, then a sharp, dry tingling in my mouth that faded by lunchtime – not huge but a weird reminder that the drug works. By the second day i noticed my face looking a smidge lighter, my usual fine lines at the corners of my eyes seemed less pronounced, and my hair felt shinier – i promise i just washed it.

I also felt a mild headache the first two days that eased after a glass of water, so i swore off coffee that week. m. ontime, i’ll keep a pulse chart and will slow the dose if the mouth sores flare. If anyone else has seen a skin lift or alleviate sleep latency with rap at 4 mg, i’d love to hear your stories.
